Nightly rate per room: $150 per night based on double occupancy.

 

Nightly rate for entire facility (two night minimum): $1200 per night up to 20 persons.

 

Wedding or large event rate (24 hour facility rental): $5000 maximum 100 persons for event, up to 20 overnight guests.

 

Retreat rate (including use of Odd Fellows Lodge): Call for rates. Varies on type of retreat and the need for prepared meals.

 

Special Events, Parties, dinners, etc.: Call for rates.

 

Rates are subject to a 10% occupancy tax and security deposit of $500.00. On half of the total charge is due at the time of the reservation. We do not "hold" dates. The remainder of the charge for the reservation is required 60 days prior to the reservation date. For large events such as parties and weddings, a $500,000.00 event rider is required 30 days prior to the event.
